My husband and I enjoyed the stay in Praiano. The places is impeccable, well maintained, painted like in the photo, cozy, romantic, peaceful and spacious. I love the balcony and the view.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW that it's not good to bring suitcases. Unfortunately, we had one big suitcase and two carry-on... Terrible idea! The stairs are very narrow, it is very high in the mountain and also many steps to walks to the property.
I requested help to Norman from SMAAC, the management company to bring the suitcases down. If you pay extra, you can get this service, but he was sleeping and he didn't take care of this.
But, Norman helped us the first day we arrive on a video call, he stayed on the phone guiding us how to arrive to the property. Without his help it would have been impossible to get there.
The distance yo restaurants is a kind of far away and you need to make reservation up front because there are not many options and they will be busy.
It's very high in the mountains, if you are adventurous, not carry suitcases, and you are looking for a peaceful place, this is good for you!

DISAPPOINTING. GREEDY. RADIO SILENCE. My family and I scheduled a trip through this company for March of 2020. With growing news of the pandemic, and a very pregnant daughter, we canceled our trip for the safety of ourselves, and more importantly her and her baby. Every company, and airlines we booked through (besides this one) gave us full refunds or vouchers understanding the unlikely circumstances of the current climate and the uncertainty of when things would be back to normal. All except this company. Not only did they keep the over $1000 we spent or offer a voucher for later use, they refused to respond to any emails or any of my phone calls during this time!!!!!!!!! Radio silence. To this day we still have not received ANYTHING from this company. How greedy can one place be??? I would not recommend booking through this company they clearly care about money and not their guests.

Since we started planning our trip in America, the SMAAC crew has been super helpful. They’ve been super responsive and helped us set up amazing experiences for our trip. The house looked exactly as pictured and views were awesome! Would for sure come back and use them again!

Over 20+ years we have rented vacation homes in Europe, the UK and North America. This has to be the worst company we have ever dealt with. First when all other companies refunded deposits due to COVID they kept ours for nearly 2 years. Secondly, they requested payment by international bank transfer and even though proof of the full payment by our Bank was sent we were forced to pay their bank fees as well as our own. Thirdly, even though a promise was made to welcome us at the villa booked and, at their request we notified them when we were 30 mins.away - there was no one to greet us nor did we ever receive any explanation for their absence.

Had a lovely weeks holiday at Casa Turo. The villa is clean and nicely presented. Having the two bathrooms has worked well for us, two couples. Good air con and wifi. Having the outside terrace and small pool has been great especially with the exceptional hot weather ! We would have found an information folder helpful or more local leaflets for what’s on and around nearby but Norman our SMAC contact helped us with any questions at all. He booked Taxis for us, restaraunts and also organised a private boat hire to take us to Capri for the day. All in all we would recommend a stay at Casa Turo. Should we visit the area again we would definitely book through SMAAC. Perfecto .. Grazia .. .
