I strongly recommend you stay away from these guys. Upon my return, an inspection of the vehicle was performed by the agent on duty. He indicated a couple scratches that were surface scratches. At that time, they said I would receive a review of the damage claim and a refund of the balance would be put back on my card. Well, I never go a review that showed any estimated damage charges. All I received was this email three months ago and to date, I have not received a credit against my $1,000 damage deposit. Nor any response to my numerous requests for clarification of their damage assessment over the last three months. This is all I've received;

"Dear Customer,
We hereby inform you that your case has been closed. By November 15th you will find the difference of the security deposit in the card thanks
Sincerely"

If you have no choice but to rent from them, get all the insurance you can. They cannot be trusted.

Scam alert. We booked a car through this service only to have them first try to change our reservation from automatic to manual. We had paid extra for automatic. Then on arrival in Rome they cancelled at the last minute, stating the car had been in an accident. Incredibly unprofessional and unreliable. Pick up location is not in terminal as stated FYI. It has been four days and we still have not been refunded. Will be reporting to VISA ASAP.

Do your self a favour, dont rent from them . They will find new damage you didnt do and will charge around 1000€ for the damages . Stay away
