La Rent4u mi ha salvato la mia vacanza/ritorno a Roma.
E' stata l'unica azienda di car sharing a voler accettare la mia carta prepagata Revolut.
L'auto da ma affittata era praticamente nuova, una smart quattro posti con consumi davvero irrisori.
Ringrazio il personale di stazione Termini.
L'unica nota negativa nel caso si usa una carta prepagata e' il dover pagare non pochi soldi di caparra i quali vengono sbloccati con un po' di fatica.
Caldamente consigliato.

Assolutamente perfetto, cercavo un auto per svolgere delle mansioni aziendali, mi è arrivata una polo bianca in condizioni ottimali proprio come avevo richiesto. Consumi irrisori e tanta comodità. Consiglio assolutamente

So I lost my wallet on the Eve of flying from the UK. The rental company I had booked a car with refused to lend me the car without my licence. Despite having a picture of my licence.

After manically running around the airport trying to find options. Rent4U saved the holiday by allowing us to hire a car without my driving licence card.

It wasn’t the cheapest rental in the world but compromises had to be made as it’s my fault I lost my wallet.

They were calm and professional, we returned the car clean and tidy and got the full deposit back.

The woman who helped me at the desk in Rome's Termini station was very nice and helpful. She told me that if I returned my car before the prearranged date that I would be reimbursed for the unused time.
This apparently is NOT true and I was charged the full amount, but only used the car for half of the time.

Compared to other companies Rent4U is expensive, and the insurance policy options are confusing. The woman working at the desk advised me against a full coverage policy saying it is just too expensive and to just "be optimistic" that nothing would happen.

To return the car to the garage there is no one working for the company on site, so you have to send a text message via WhatsApp with photos. Which I did and no one ever responded or got my text. They had no idea I had even returned the car even though I had followed the instructions as they were indicated to me

Totally unprofessional company that I will never use them again, especially since there are way better options and service out there.

Worst experience by far from all car renters I tried. We brought back the car above the F and they still charged us 60 euros... They are thief and don't forget to get there two hours before your reservation cause it takes at least 2 hours for all the non sense they are going to freeze on your credit card.

I still have not received my deposit almost 3 weeks after I returned the vehicle. No one was responding to the whatsapp and email

I rented a car from 26th October to 28th October and when I handed over the car, they told me that I scratched the car, after a short contradiction they looked in the car’s papers and saw that the car was already scratched by another client, before we rented it. When I made the reservation they told me that I will receive my deposit when I will bring the car back to them, when I handed over the car, they told that I will receive the money on my card in 5-6 working days. That working days passed over now, I had tried calling them but the operator with whom i talked told me that I need to sent an email. I sent a email, and they responded that I have to send the email to another account, an so on.

Later Edit... the time passed by and i never get my deposit back! Funny story:))
