I called many car rentals in Tuscany. This is the best car rental in whole of Tuscany in my opinion. Very friendly staff and everything was smooth and fast. Gian, you are incredible! He also gave us the option to return the car when the office was closed. I am so pleased with your service. This is how you win customers with an excellent service! I would definitely recommend this place to rent a car regardless where you are in Tuscany. I traveled to Chiusi from Siena but it was all worth it. Thank you so much Gian and Avis Chiusi!

Triply terrible experience with Avis. Its a pity because the staff at this post are nice. I rented a car which stopped working on the 2nd day of a 10+ day rental. It took 1 hour to have the call with road side assistance. My battery almost ran out ! Then the car stopped working again so I called the agency and I decided to cancel the rental agreement and the staff agreed I would be charged for 2 days. A couple of weeks later I saw that Avis had charged me 3 times what I should have been charged. I called the staff and they explained that they Avis system had done it and that there was no way for them to do it lower. They tell me I now have to call Avis customer service and after the time I've already spent on this feel very annoyed. I'm out at least 200€ because of Avis, they didn't call me to tell me, the car stopped working twice, and it took 1 hour to talk to road side assistance. Terrible !!!

Great experience thanks to Mirco who not only was kind but very patient. I had an issue which he quickly helped me resolve. I know where I will rent my car again in the future! Thanks again!

Beware of this location, and company, especially as an American tourist. Was charged a $100 as a “refundable” deposit, but then ended up being the transfer charge, and not refunded to my card. Changed our drop off location to another town’s airport, where we had to get a $50 cab to the train station, that also had an Avis drop off. Was unable to get any assistance from Avis customer service. Rent from someone else to protect yourself.
