I'm so gutted I failed to read the reviews before! I hope you are smarter than we have been. We obviously chose this company because they offered very competitive prices. When we got to the desk though, we found out that we would have to pay an extra 240 euros for insurance, which was more expensive than the rent itself. Also, the car we selected wasn't available, so we had another one. No, not an upgrade, just a simpler version. Story continues as the car wasn't there, so we had to walk over 1km under a roasting sun to pick it up ourselves at a parking lot. To put a cherry in this cake, they gave us the car with a lower tank, reassuring us they would refund any difference if we returned it full. Do I need to say they obviously didn't? Well, having given us no proper instructions on how and where to return the car is nothing after all this. To wrap it up: this company is 100% cowboy!

Après un retour à l'agence, payant qui plus est, il nous faudra plus d'1h30 pour sortir de là, après avoir reçu des remarques et des insultes de la part des employés.
En bref. Plus de 2h de perdues, dans la violence par dessus le marché.

OMG!!! This is taking ridiculously long!! Almost 2hrs just to get a car rental. This is with reservation days before. Not because there’s a long line but they just take forever to process each transaction. We could have been at our destination already had we jumped on the train or a taxi. Then to pick up the car you have to walk about 10-15 minutes to another site that’s super confusing to get to. Once we got to the parking garage to pick up the rental, we were given a stick shift car. So if you don’t know how to drive a stick shift, you’d have to walk back to the office and go through the whole process again. This is unnecessarily painful process. Don’t go with this company. Oh and AVIS, Budget and Maggiore are all the same. One company. One office. Same freakin’ deal. So horrible!!!
