Stefano is a true professional tour driver. His knowledge added to our understanding of the area. We were fascinated with the historical background as well as his own personal experiences. He was always on time. His vehicle was always clean and very comfortable. A nice touch is that he has WiFi in the vehicles. The places he set up for lunch were all terrific and memorable with each its own personality. I worked with Stefano for three years to help me create a dream trip. He was the right person! It would be without hesitation that we would used him and his company again. You will be highly satisfied.

This is our second trip to Italy and our fifth time using Get Tours services. Stefano is simply the best. This last time, he took us on two trips with family. I sent him our dates in advance; he provided itinerary suggestions, which at this point I trust implicitly. He scheduled the pickup at our hotel in Rome and then organized a wonderful day at a cheese farm that was not only great for the kids but delicious and relaxing for the adults. Then he organized a tour of Pienza. The second trip he took us to Cortona and a wonderful winery before taking us to our next destination.
I probably don't have to say this but he speaks perfect English, so I didn't have to try my broken Italian on him, and he is patient and flexible.
Stefano pays attention to detail and goes above and beyond to make our trips memorable, easy, and fun. So he is great with kids and families and he is also great with couples. We couldn't be happier with the trips.

We took three separate tours with Get Tours while we were staying in Montepulciano and were completely impressed all three days. From the wine tastings he arranged, to the suggestions he made as we wanted through the towns, Stefano had everything figured out to the T!

We also had truly wonderful conversations with him about the history of the region. When he realized how much we loved history, we got to spend all of our car rides chatting with him about the Etruscans, Romans, and the Middle Age history of Italy. He has an incredible background studying the history of the region and this made our trips with him even better.

I have already suggested Stefano and Get Tours to a family friend, and I truly hope that we make it back to Italy so that we can work with him again.

Stefano and his team were incredible. They accommodated picking up our group of 16 in Rome and driving us throughout the Tuscany region to different excursions each day. This is our second time hiring Stefano and our experience was as wonderful as the first. We used his service to connect FCO to Umbria as well as for food/wine tours in the region. We are a family traveling with young children and he was able to provide the car seats we needed. As you can imagine, traveling with young children requires patience and flexibility and Stefano is both of those things. For our girls trip we recently did the wine and farm tour with Stefano in Montepulciano and Cortona. It was fantastic. During our wine tour Stefano shared his vast knowledge of the wines of Montepulciano and how they are produced. During our farm visit, we met some adorable sheep and had the best meal we had during our stay in Tuscany. Stefano went out of his way to show us St Francis's monastery and a spectacular church which were not on our original itinerary. We spent a wonderful day getting to know each other and sharing our experiences. If you find yourself in Tuscany and love wine and food, Stefano is the person to call.

I found Get Tours online by doing a Google search. I found wine tours on behalf of my boss, and submitted an online inquiry for a quote & availability. Stefano was very responsive, and easy to work with via email even with the time difference. My boss and his group were pleased with the private car/driver/tour of the Brunello wine region in Montalcino, that they asked me to book a daytrip in Tuscany with Get Tours for a trip to an olive press & a local town. I received emails & texts from my boss conveying how well the plans played out as detailed in the itinerary provided & how they enjoyed Stefano, who was their driver & tour guide for both experiences. My boss originally had train tickets from Siena to Rome for their last night. Instead of taking the train, he asked again for a private car transfer due to the convenience and hospitality provided by Get Tours. It just made their mobility much more enjoyable.
