Abbiamo soggiornato nella Suite blue (al primo piano) e abbiamo trovato la struttura appena rimodernata e in ottime condizioni (agosto 2022). Comoda la posizione per muoversi a piedi verso il centro, un pelo meno facile trovare parcheggio in zona ma con pochi minuti e un pelo di abitudine su quali siano i posti migliori si riesce ad arrangiarsi senza dover camminare troppo. Alloggio spazioso e fornito di tutte le necessità, un plus la terrazza sul tetto per eventuali cene o drink guardando le stelle e stando al fresco. L’alloggio è in una posizione abbastanza comoda per l’accesso alla tangenziale, spesso indispensabile per raggiungere spiagge e calette più belle, le spiagge di Mola non ci sono piaciute molto. Appartamento super servito e indipendente. Ci sono tutte le comodità come aria condizionata e cucina completa con tanto di lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Posizione ottima, solo 2 minuti a piedi dalla piazza.... Il proprietario molto disponibile e di fiducia inquanto abbiamo fatto tutto tramite telefonate.... Sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Ps igiene è da 10 e lode. Bravi!

Lovely clean comfortable apartment near to the main square eateries and bars. The location is perfect as its in a quite residential street. Nice little balcony and rooftop terrace is accessible by stairs. Owner was prompt to help us access the building and prompt with any questions we has for him.

We stayed here for 11 nights together with my wife and our 2 year old son.
The place was perfect, both in terms of equipment and location. Located in the Mola old town it was full of charm and character. Neighbors were selling their own produce such as tomatoes or fruits, and were really nice.
There are shops nearby such as Coop, bakeries, pharmacy and it‘a 10 minute walk to the train station and a bit closer to the promenade. Stay in Mola was perfect as it is a small city not overcrowded with tourists, yet it has some good restaurants and it’s a nice place to walk around.
Our son was happy as there are two quite big playgrounds nearby (one located near the sea, second near the train station).
Owner - Domenico - is a very positive and helpful person. It was really easy to get in touch with him when we needed something or ask for recommendations.
As a hobbyist baker it was great to bake authentic focaccia together as well.
We stayed in the Blue Apartment, it was quite spacious and well equipped. There was AC in both room which was quite handy due to high temperatures outside. All the equipment was quite new and in a good shape. Beds were comfortable as well, and there was a dryer and washing machine available to all guests, as well as beautiful terrace.
Hopefully we’ll be able to return to Mola again in few years and we’ll be looking to stay here as well.

Great apartment that's in close proximity to the sea front and square. Lots of little restaurants and bars within reach. Apartment is on a quite street where mostly families live. Small balcony and roof top area if you want to smoke or chill. Great value for money.

Beautiful place in quite good location very close to centrum. This small city without huge of tourists has typical Italian atmosphere with smelt and taste of traditional food.
