the worst renting/ living experience EVER. I do not recommend this location at all. Myself and five of my peers were living here for what should have been the entirety of our Graduate school program. Unfortunately this wasn’t this case because the landlords took advantage of us and scammed us of a lot of money. They would promise one thing and then do the opposite. For example the pictures of the bedrooms on their website were not the way we received these rooms. No sheets and all the decorations taken away. To add onto that we were out of town one weekend and came back to the apartment where it was obvious the landlords had come in and taken down even more of the decorations including the flowers on the patio. What is more alarming about this situation is that they went into the apartment while we were away and gave us ZERO notice.

We even signed a lease contract to make sure everything was agreed upon. In the end it was not and we were kicked out. We were forced to pay a €400 utility bill EVERY month. That is an absurd utility bill to begin with but the power in this house would go out at least 5 times a day and we went TWO weeks without heat or hot water.

The male landlord actually walked in to the apartment without any notice while some of us female tenants were home and it was alarming and not okay at all. It was extremely disturbing.

This picture shows the day we were kicked out of the house ON SHORT NOTICE where all of our stuff was left outside. We received less than HALF of our security deposit back the final day after only having lived there for ONE month. Overall I don’t recommend AT ALL. stay elsewhere in Pieve del grappa
