Ho soggiornato di recente in questa casa. La casa, nonostante abbiamo atteso fino alle 16.00, non era pulita. Inoltre dopo 3 gg di soggiorno è finita la riserva d'acqua e per poterla avere abbiamo dovuto pagarla. Il proprietario ci ha chiesto di anticipare il saldo alla consegna dell'acqua che ci sarebbe stato refuso al momento del check out. Non si è presentato e quando lo abbiamo chiamato ha detto di essere seccato che in ogni caso il pagamento spettava a noi. No, non consiglierei a nessuno di affittare questa casa.

We enjoyed our stay very much and Alessandro couldn't have been a better host. He was there anytime we needed him! He even offered a personal guided tour of the markets in Palermo after we were blocked in for a few hours by some construction going on down the road. The villa is located very close to restaurants and anything else you might need for your stay. There was plenty of room for the kids to run around outside. We utilized the outdoor grill a couple times and had plenty of room to spread out.

Amazing stay at Villa Agave! We were a family of 8 and we really enjoyed staying here. The house is very spacious, clean and the location....just perfect! Alessandro is a very nice and friendly host.

Obiekt posiada super lokalizację. Dom jest przestronny, bardzo duży taras z widokiem na morze. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Do sklepu, restauracji, pociągu ok 15 min spacerem. Właściciel miły i pomocny. Polecam.
