Second the house is magnificent and is the cleanest we have ever rented on any booking site. It has 6 rooms each ensuite, and unique, a working fireplace, pizza oven and grill. The kitchen looks like a restaurants it is professional and all stainless steel. It is very well equipped and you can cook what your heart dreams. There is a solarium with work out equipment and hot tub and a steam room. It's view is exceptional and you can open the glass sliding doors and watch the hummingbirds just feet away while you enjoy a bottle of wine easily purchased from the beautiful wine cellar on the honor system on the estate. The heated pool is also well situated to take advantage of the view and its totally private so suits are optional unless your son surprises you and stops bye, which fortunately my wife was still in the nice robe furnished by the villa. The grounds have many sitting areas and there is even a ping pong table but not what you would expect more of a stone permanent one. The grounds are lovingly cared for and once you close the automatic gate behind you your true vacation begins! Hands down the best value in a rental home that we have ever booked since we started in 1995! The owner Andrea is the type of young man (ok maybe mid 30's) that if you had a daughter you'd want her to marry! He is caring on the legacy of his father who recently passed away by offering this home that his dad purchased in 1978 and painfully and lovingly restored!
