The moment you book it they charge you 50% promising it will be returned if you canceled before certain day. It is a lie. Never got my money back despite the fact i canceled well before the day during the strict lock downs in Italy in 2020. Reservation was done via booking.com and they couldn't help either. Hope at leas they removed this scammer from their list.

The host assured us that everything is fine, that we should come and not be afraid of anything. Then, in the event of resignation, I was able to receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, Aldo did not want to take this into account and refused to refund the money paid (in advance for the entire stay, 520 euros). He did not want to, for example, postpone the date of departure or return part of the money. It turned out that Aldo received 520 euros from me for nothing. He explained this fact by accepting the regulations. Only it was his regulations, his terms that he could change if he wanted to. I feel disgusted, cheated and robbed. I wanted to get along somehow, but to no avail.
In addition, a few days before the date of departure I received information about additional costs that I have to incur on the spot - this is just a usual pull in my opinion.

Belle vue sur le lac. De bonne douche et de bon lit. Petit défaut les escaliers pour aller en ville et a la plage sont raides et épuisant. Sinon très belle maison.

We booked an appartement in Villa Bianca in june(it was for August) and we had to cancel it. We did that on time and it was free of charge. We received an confirmation from booking.com that it was cancelled and we will receive our two deposits back( 315 Euro). Until today we did not receive anything back. And the owner of the appartament does not reply to any of our emails. That's FRAUDE. Pay attention to this person and do not book her/his appartament
