This villa is set in a beautiful part of Tuscany, within a delightful village with such friendly people. However, the facilities within the villa do not reflect the description, nor are they suitable for a large group. Only one room has air conditioning and when we stayed this was not working. There is only one washing machine that works in the whole villa. Most disappointing was the rude and unhelpful response of the owner when the issues with the washing machine and air conditioning were raised. We were a party of 17 and her response to our points was for us to go and find another villa! Not possible with such a large party. The owner made absolutely no attempt to help or resolve the situation. I would not recommend staying at this villa.
