This winery is so lovely - I recommend it without hesitation! It’s the perfect retreat for a couple or family, wanting a relaxing getaway in a most peaceful setting. The property is exceptionally beautiful and the wine is divine. The surrounding area also offers tons of various activities and amazing places to eat and drink. Also not at all far and super easy to get from Pisa or Florence. The last week here has been truly superb. I look forward to my return, hopefully very soon!

Stunning location on a hillside with perfect sunset views. The Castagnoli wines have been organic from the start making them unique and delicious with any food. The vineyard is placed well within the Chianti region to sightsee and access Siena and Florence easily for a day trip. The rooms, set-up, and hospitality make it a little slice of paradise. Pick up a bottle of this wine next time you're in the region! I'd suggest calling or emailing ahead to book in a time for a wine tasting reservation.

Amazing wines and extremely hospitable hosts - beautiful winery and surrounding vineyards. We were able to get involved and see all parts of the winemaking process from grape picking to sorting/destemming and of course tasting. Would absolutely recommend a visit! Their super tuscan, Salita, is one of the best around - we also loved the Chianti Classico Riserva

Love, love love it! Filippo gave us a tour of the estate and a personal tasting experience. He was very knowledgeable spoke great English. Thank you Filippo for making our visit to Tuscany the best part of Italy! :)
