Pessima. Mi è stato addirittura negato un servizio per quanto riguarda i dati dell'app unicredit. Lo farò presente al servizio clienti.

Better forget!!!

Winter 2019, I set up my mind closing the bank account because the brand set the office close to my house to a reduced timetable; thus, for me it wasn't convenient anymore use that bank.
When, after some difficulties due to the reduced opening schedule I managed to meet Mr FP the director eventually, he with a almost puzzling talking asked whether I would've kept the bank account open till the first 2020 days; this for personal accountancy reasons.
Since I wouldn't've been available those days, after getting full assurance he would've proceeded autonomously, he gave me documents and papers to sign; he also explained that before the middle of January 2020 my full credit would've been transferred to a different bank account I gave.
Obviously, by that expiration date no money was transferred hence I asked for information having as answer that "..some not well defined bureaucratic hiccups delayed the process but he would've followed it personally.
Meanwhile, during the waiting time it happened the pandemic and for me was impossible to reach out that person because of safety lockdown reasons.
I succeeded it in September 2020 when, meeting that director I was explained that he couldn't've proceeded because there were some found invested in a way that to free them he needed my personal signature on specific documents.
OK, I proceeded signing that documents having the amount of those investments available and I proceeded transferring them to another mien bank account.
During all that time the Debit card expired and i didn't ask to have it renewed but no-one asked to give back the bank personal token generator used to online banking.
Again, due to pandemic+lockdown issue, was for me impossible to proceed with all the normal operation (book an appointment with Mr FP, go to the branch, explain the problem, ask whether the bank account was really closed or not and so on).
I was possible after October 2022 when calling to have an appointment to give back the token generator and have confirmation about the bank account closure or, in case it 2was still open, to proceed fast in order to close it ASAP. I was given an appointment some week after.
That day I went to the branch talking with another branch director and it turned out that the bank account couldn't've been closed because, in spite it was empty, the past personal funds investment wasn't closed; we had to proceed then to close it booking another day to - hoping eventually - close the bank account. I was given an appointment to that branch at a specified hour.
I went that day and time, ad that branch asking to proceed in the closure just to be answered that "the person in charge to this operation thought you might have gone in your original branch; in any case is OOO currently and please wait for him back.
I clearly expressed my annoyance about not only this, but also the previous two years behaviour in such a way that the branch director - the one who found out that the former branch director freed my investments but didn't actually closed that internal position - asked to go in his office where we proceeded closing that bank account.
I personally think that nowadays this is both a unpleasant, annoying and expensive odyssey, I mean if this is the way to indirectly profit from delaying a customer will, it's quite unfair.
The result is that all the bank account of my family members and parents, were moved to another brand.
Well done Mr FP, you perhaps reached your target scoring an own goal.
