Very relaxed place great for coffee and cakes! Staff and people are all chill and provide a lively atmosphere. Definitely something to check out on your visit to Polignano a Mare.

The spritz was well done and the staff nice. I thought it was odd that they charge for peanuts and such, when other places give them for free with the aperitivo, maybe they should change that.

Nice little place, recommend it for a chill breakfast spot (croissants, local sweets&coffee) or a nighttime spot with friends as well (if you can secure a seat at that time.) Loved the playful design with the vinyls and sound system as well.

Ever since it opened its doors, Gas Bar immediately became one of my favourite places for a night out in Polignano. Relaxed vibes, cool people, good wine, usually someone spinning vinyls. It's a great addition to the town because it's really the only place offering something a little different. It takes me a while to get sick of pizza and pasta but it does happen and when the mood strikes me for something else, Gas Bar really delivers. Loved their BBQ and Sushi nights. It will be one of the first places I run back to once the lockdown is lifted!
