Spero legga qualcuno capace di gestire le rimanenze. Tanto cibo buttato alle 21.00 non è eticamente corretto. Sia per chi lo butta , sia per chi potrebbe raccoglierlo e distribuirlo agli indigenti.

They add stuff to your bill you didn't order. And when you mention it, they want to upsell you with a cheap drink. After five attempts to upsell me, the employee finally reluctantly gave me a refund for the food I never ordered.

Then it turned out the chicken sandwich was still frozen on the inside. Not just cold, FROZEN! After complaining they reheated it, and it was still cold two more times before finally receiving a sandwich that had a decent temperature. By now the bread, chicken and lettuce were completely ruined from reheating it all the time.

And not a single apology or anything. Only a rude guy looking at you like you're the bad guy. I normally don't wish people to lose their job, but this guy doesn't deserve to work in hospitality at all.

Friday evening 19.00, wanted to eat something so went to the restaurant. It said 'wait to be seated', so I did about 5 minutes. In the end I hinted a member of staff and she waived I could sit where ever I wanted. That was difficult as almost all tables were dirty. Either with plates and left over food, or with crumbs and stains. I sat down and studied the menu. Nobody approached me or asked me anything during 30 minutes. The guest next to me sent his food back as it was cold. The menu states that a lot of items are made from frozen food so this is possibly a case of poor microwave technology on the chef. Everything is expensive, so I charged my phone and left. Unbelievable. Avoid.

They serve Kimbo coffee in a big café. Only tables to stand. Service was ok.

Received my sandwich with half of the content in the paper bag/stuck to the paper tissue. Asked for a new one and same thing happens again. All tables were dirty. Too pricy.
