Struttura fantastica, ambiente molto accogliente e pulito, colazione squisita, preparata direttamente dai proprietari. Stanze molto pulite, letti comodi, servite da splitter e termosifoni, bagni moderni e spaziosi. I Proprietari sono molto disponibili e gentili, hanno creato un ambiente davvero confortevole, e di buon gusto. Punto strategico per arrivare in poco tempo a Modena, Sassuolo, Maranello e altri punti limitrofi. Consigliato

Ho vissuto una notte immersa nella natura di una corte dal sapore antico. Lontano dai rumori cittadini ho risentito i versi degli animaletti notturni....ho rivisto le lucciole che non vedevo da tanto ...per un attimo mi sono sentita bambina curiosa come ero tempo fa. Al mattino Valeria ci ha preparato una colazione regale...grazie carissimi gestori di questo b&b , ritornerò molto presto....grazie...

Calicanto B&B è nel centro di Formigine, ma immerso nel verde. Gli edifici sono storici, ma completamente rinnovati. La nostra camera era spaziosa e comoda, il bagno pure. La colazione era abbondante e buonissima. L'accoglienza è stata molto bello. Tornerò di sicuro.

What a lovely find this was! We spent a night here, traveling by car towards Rome. It was the perfect break after 10 days in the bustling city of Milan. Quiet and beautiful surroundings, vintage vibe and modern comfort. The attention to details is remarkable, Valeria and Giulio are very welcoming and kind hosts too! The room was spacious and the bed very very comfortable for my taste , the breakfast an absolute treat. All of this for a really fair price. I can’t recommend this place enough!

What a lovely and relaxing spot! So happy to have found this bnb on our trip from Milan to Rome, I wish we would have stayed more than 1night (but we will be back for sure). Valeria and Giulio are lovely hosts and you can see the love and passion they put into this place. Everything is new and sparkling clean, very cozy and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was great, lots of options and mostly home made. Can honestly recommend this to anyone!

We stayed at Calicanto for one night on our road trip to Toscany on the way south and because we loved it so much another night on the way back.
Formigine is a nice little village close to Modena. Calicanto is situated in the centre but sourrounded by trees and greens. The B&B is a former farmhouse where the owner live on one side an on the other side they do their B&B with lots of love. They renovated the house with a good sense of design but still practicability. It's so cozy there.
We stayed at a room with enough space for us three. Also the bathroom was newly renovated and from a good size. The breakfast is top - not much but everything fresh and mostly self-made. Fresh coffee, fresh bread and some delicious sweets that Valeria baked on her own.
Short: we loved the cozy und designed B&B and our stay there. We could highly recommend the Calicanto and will stay there again on our next trip through Italy.
