Ottima ospitalità.
In strada sul sentiero del viandante abbiamo utilizzato l’appartamento per 6 persone. Pulitissimo dotato di tutti gli accessori, confortevole e comodissimo al lungo lago.
Giovanni e Aurore ci hanno accolto con un frizzantino e stuzzichini per aperitivo sulla stupenda terrazza con vista sul lago durante il tramonto...

Casa San Giorgio is a highlight of our Italy trip. The host is very generous with her offers to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The room, common kitchen/lounge are amazing, but the roof top terrace is unmatched! So glad we stayed here!

Wonderful owners who do everything possible to make your stay perfect! Immaculately clean flat with very comfortable bed. Kitchen is stocked with fresh fruit, breads, milk and orange juice. The view of the piazza below and of Lake Como from the room balcony of the Lake View Suite is fantastic. The views from the common Terrace are breathtaking, with a wonderful sunrise view of the Alps or incredible moonlit view of Lake Como. The vistas are the best in the area! Don’t miss a stop at the beautiful Monastery Gardens, just a few minutes walk away. There is a café immediately below, that serves drinks well into the night and food until around 8:30 PM. Patrons hang out and chat out on the patio until closing time, which is around 12 AM. We highly recommend and love Casa San Giorgio!

Comfortable home with stunning views of the lake.
Wine, drinks, coffee, fresh fruit and biscuits available any time in the common area. The roof has a lot of space and good for sun bathing while enjoying a bottle of wine.
San Giorgio church is right across the plaza which rings it's bell every 30 minutes during the day into the evening, we found it charming. Plaza can get a bit noisy from people and the bar downstairs but not much of an issue for us.
The apartment is also just a few step away from the lake's swimming area.
Matteo was a great host and helped us with area recommendations and best place to find free street parking. Highly recommended BB in Varenna.

Magnifique adresse, à tester sans hésiter ! Varenna est un très joli village, facile d’accès pour aller vers les autres villages en bateau. L’appartement est beau et fonctionnel, l’hôte extrêmement chaleureux, disponible et de bons conseils. La vue de la terrasse est sans aucun doute la plus belle de Varenna. Réservez vite !

We stayed in lake view room, which also looks out over Piazza San Giorgio. Close to waterfront, ferry dock and restaurants ( four within 100 feet of entrance.
Delightful with french doors to balcony open with cool air wafting in along with sounds of families with children.
