Ci siamo trovati d’improvviso in un luogo meraviglioso. Peccato solo esserci fermati troppo poco. Ideale per chi, come me ama la pace. Posizione strategica per visitare il Chianti; appartamento fornito di tutto l’occorrente. Davide e Giuseppe gentilissimi e accoglienti. Tornerò sicuramente!

Posta a 400 metri s.l.m e completamente circondata dalla vegetazione fatta di bosco, uliveti e vigneti si trova la particolarissima "Casa del Fattore". L'appartamento è spazioso ed è arredato in maniera semplice e con tutto quello che può servire per un piacevole soggiorno. Consigliatissimo

Posto fantastico. Circondato da verde e silenzio. Davide con la sua gentilezza rende tutto fantastico. Non vedo l'ora di tornare.

It's after 14 days so I missed the deadline to review on AirBnb. So here goes: The apartment and property are absolutely stunning. We stayed there the month of June, 2022. The location is central to many Tuscan sights, if you have a car. Davide, Giovanni, and Donatina (and their two dogs) are wonderful hosts that go of their way to make you feel comfortable. My dog got bit by a snake while we were hiking in the woods and they helped us and went with us to the Vet and checked up on us afterwards. That meant a lot.
Internet: Speed test 6-9 Mbps download, .49 upload with VPN on after new booster put into the bedroom. Without VPN, 8.55 upload, .66 download. Although Davide did his best, the apartment’s internet connection is not suitable for remote working. The bed was old and not very comfortable.
This is a working winery and feels like a rustic farm. It is set up well for cooking, although the refrigerator is small. No AC, not good summer airflow. They brought us a fan, but we had to keep the front door open, and we got lots of flies, mosquitos and bees. It's in nature and you expect that.
The apartment shares the terrace, yard and lawn chairs with another unit. During the month we were there, we shared them with 3 other couples who were on short term stays. The apartment is 3.8 km off the main road, 1.5 of which is dirt and one hill in particular required 1st gear on our VW Golf. We saw many deer, boar, foxes and one snake. The trash receptacles are a 5 minute’s drive down the dirt road.
