Sept 2017- I just wasted 450EUR for 3 nights in one of their 2nd floor apt (vista d'oro ulivo apt. 11) and was greeted by none other than a LIVING SCORPION in the shower!!! Upon advising the management company, they sent cleaning people in our apt, but refused to move us in another apt. They offered it at my own cost actually - yeah right, tks idiots! They were very nice and provided a lot of information on the different things to visit in the area, but when you need them the most, their customer service is the worse there can be. They never tried to come to a common solution for us, lower the pricing or refund us, relocate us to wherever, nada (they put poison in the drain, yeay.) if you are a bug lover, THIS IS YOUR CHANCE!
