Ottimo appartamento nel cuore di Varenna

If you are looking to stay in Varrena, especially with children, this is the perfect place. It is spacious, modern and even has AC! The bed and pull out couch are both comfortable. It has one of the best showers I’ve ever had and the loft bedroom makes for a great set up. The location is great, right in the heart of town with about a half dozen restaurants mere steps away. It is close to the ferry station and though the train station is .4 miles away we got picked up by Ettore’s father. We walked with all of our luggage upon leaving to the train station. It was tough but do-able. My only complaint is that the washing machine didn’t work well (even though we followed the instructions). There’s no dryer. If you need to do laundry there is a public washer and dryer down the stone steps to the right as you exit the apartment. Thank you Ettore for the amazing stay!

Ettore was a very attentive host - including meeting us in a central location in the rain and getting us to the apartment in quick order. The apartment was VERY clean, well equipped and in a fantastic central location. We could quickly walk to all the sites and restaurants.
We would highly recommend staying in this apartment if you want a great experience in Varenna.

Great apartment and wonderful host Ettore! Very nice from start to finish. The town is a super place to stage all your day trips too as the ferry and train are both there! Highly recommended!

Cosy apartment in the heart of Varenna. Walkable to everything in the small town. It's about a 10 min walk from the train station and 2 min walk to the ferry station. I had a very comfortable stay at the place. Very clean , I would highly recommend this place.

Lovely stay! Everything was within walking distance. The kitchen had everything we needed. Ettore is a great communicator and her father is very sweet as well. 10/10 recomend.

This jewel of a place was perfectly centralized and convenient. Shopping, restaurants, and the lake were all within walking distance of the apartment. It was extremely clean, artistically decorated, warm, and welcoming! The host was excellent at communicating, and gave me easy-to-follow directions. I was very impressed with his english! It’s a perfect stay for 2 people. But, just to be aware, you do have to walk up a few stairs. So keep in shape, travel light, and try this amazing jewel! We loved our stay, and would definitely come here again!
