Pacco ritirato in negozio in condizioni pessime, commesso scortese e, per completare il tutto, si è preso la comodità di lanciarmi letteralmente il pacco, nonostante fosse fragile

Efficientissimi, rapidi e gentili; le spedizioni Dhl sono impeccabili.

I would urge anyone to not go there for any reason, the staff are clueless, they shift blame and they are not familiar with how to do their work, if you value your time and sanity I'd recommend going somewhere else to ship any parcel, one star is too much for it by the way but that's the lowest I can give :)
