La palestra non è enorme ma c'è tutto quello che serve e l'ambiente è amichevole e cordiale. Ricavata in una vecchia struttura, il personale è sempre disponibile, c'è sempre un piano di allenamento per tutti e comunque Valerio è sempre pronto a seguirvi.
Gli spogliatoi avrebbero bisogno di un ritocco ma il resto è stato ripitturato e sistemato a fine pandemia.
Posti per le auto generalmente disponibili, non sono mai dovuto andare a parcheggiare altrove.
Costi in linea con altre palestre, ma considerate che altrove - di solito - le schede di allenamento e qualcuno che vi segue lo pagate in più.

This is a well-equipped, friendly town gym with pretty much everything you could possibly want for weight training. There are also a few pieces of cardio equipment and a studio to stretch, etc. I'm visiting from the UK, holidaying at nearby Holiday Property Bond. Highly recommended if you'd like to continue working out while on vacation in this region.

Профессиональные тренеры составят вам грамотную программу занятий с учётом всех ваших особенностей и будут ассистировать ваши тренировки и давать полезные советы. Центр предлагает групповые занятия по различным современным фитнес дисциплинам. В зале царит теплая дружеская атмосфера.

My son and I were there all last week. The owner was wonderful and welcoming. I have been to gyms all over the world and this is a rare find...a local gym with clean equipment and a great vibe among the members. You just don't find that too often these days. Hope to go back someday soon and see my new friends.
