I muri delle camere sono molto sottili e si sente tutto.. la porta che da al corridoio verso le camere non rientra adagio e quindi sbatte in maniera violenta, dovevo fare 2 giorni ho rinunciato al secondo giorno, dopo aver spiegato le gravissime lacune e problemi, NON MI HANNO RIMBORSATO il secondo giorno, proponendomi un buono per tornare da loro, ma come pensano che un cliente si è trovato male ritorni li da loro? Non gestita bene la situazione, a oggi MI DEVONO ancora 56€ . Lo sconsiglio vivamente, c'è molto meglio..

La struttura non è reperibile per una richiesta di cancellazione della prenotazione tramite i numeri indicati, risponde il custode che dice di riferire ai gestori ma dopo una lunga attesa nessuno si è fatto risentire.

Un posto molto accogliente e pulito con personale a dir poco qualificato e disponibile ,molto gentili e disponibili in qualsiasi situazione per rendervi la permanenza molto gradevole

Struttura priva di presidio fisso, sporco, barriere architettoniche, non funzionano i sistemi per entrare ed uscire,mi son rirovato chiuso fuori a mezzanotte ed ho aspettato fino alle due per poter entrare. Inoltre aspetto ancora ricevuta fiscale e risarcimento

My stay at this hotel was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I was extremely disappointed with the hotel's overall cleanliness and the condition of my room. The room was never cleaned properly, and there were barely any the sheets and towels. The bathroom was also not cleaned properly, and the shower was full of mildew.
The smell of cigarettes was overwhelming and pervasive, making it difficult to breathe. Despite requesting a non-smoking room, the odor was so strong that it was impossible to escape. It was clear that previous guests had been smoking in the room, and the hotel did nothing to remedy the situation.
The hallway was dry and noisy, with no soundproofing at all. Every sound from the hallway could be heard in the room, making it impossible to sleep or relax. I could hear people talking, doors slamming, and even footsteps from other guests in nearby rooms.
Furthermore, the hotel's location was terrible. It was situated far from the city center, making it challenging to get around Milan, Italy. The transportation options were limited, and the area around the hotel was not pedestrian-friendly.
I raised my concerns with the hotel staff, but they were unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my complaints. They offered no apology or solution to the issues I was experiencing, which made the situation even more frustrating.
In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. The lack of cleanliness, overwhelming cigarette odor, noisy hallway, and terrible location made it an unpleasant experience. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and urge the management to take immediate action to address these issues.

Випадково знайшла цей готель бо виникли проблеми з автівкою, господар дуже привітний, допоміг розібратися з авто, пригостив кавою. Адміністратор єи завжди готові допомогти та відповісти на всі питання. Номери дуже чисті, ліжка комфортні, прибиральниці молодчинки, дуже уважні, виховані й гарно виконують свою роботу. Тож не скупіться на чайові. В дворі є парковка, ворота зачиняються, тож безпека гарантована. Вайфай в кімнатах є, я працюю дистанційно і проблем не виникало. Є номери з кухонним гарнітуром, дуже зручно для довоготривалого перебування, є необхідно посуд, холодильник та духовка. Район тихий та спокійний, через дорогу є зупинка, можна добратися до залізодорожньої станції, білети продаються в магазині за кільцем. До центру можна пройтись пішки, дуже мальовнича природа. Неподалік є магазин зі смачною кавою та готовою їжею, можна купити з собою. Перебування в готелі залишило найкращі спогади, при нагоді обов’язково зупинятимучь в цьому готелі.
