12 of us adults plus a 2-yr old recently spent a week in this beautiful villa. David and family should be proud of this magnificent house - it's spotlessly clean, cool inside despite the extreme heat outside (+air con in every room and communal area) and the most perfect place for a week or more holiday. We cooked here every day, using the large kitchen with full oven and hobs plus two barbecues. The towns nearby are also within walking or easy driving distance so you have plenty of restaurant choices (which your welcome pack details!). The pool is epic - large enough for games of volleyball (a net was set up if we wanted it), swimming and a little kid's pool attached perfect for the little one to paddle or for us to wade in. The slight separation of the pool from the house lets the kids be safe and for us also to have a separate place to party/make noise if people were taking naps up at the house. The photos do not do the house justice as they make it seem dated which it isn't at all - its historic and has a country feel, and the cool tiles and shutters keep the heat at bay. Thank you to David and his dad for such a wonderful stay! We'll be back again one day we hope.
