Very poor customer service and quality of item. Consider carefully before making a purchase.
I visited Limone this week (August 2022) and purchased an expensive ring for my wife (in excess of €600). TWO DAYS later the precious stone simply fell out of the gold band and was damaged when it impacted the floor, a small chip. We immediately returned to the shop as we were leaving that day and after extensive "discussion" with the owner and staff we were refused a refund for this faulty expensive product. We were told that the shop was "unable" to carry out a refund on a product bought by a credit/debit card given the passage of time (two days), and that they would have only been able to offer a refund had the product been purchased by cash.
Instead, they offered a very poor "repair" service where it appears that the stone has simply been glued back on to the gold band, and if you are to examine, you can see the damage to the stone.
Extremely, extremely poor customer service, quality of product, and no confidence in the repair work carried out. Avoid at all costs, purchase at your peril.

Pretty jewelry, but the service is pretty bad. Very rude and impatient. People are spending a lot of money in your shop, so being nice is the least you can do. Would not come back again.

Schönes Juweliergeschäft im Zentrum von Limone, sehr gut sortiert, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Besitzer. Wir wachen jetzt schon das zweite mal dort und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder Bleibt gesund 😊
