Do not waste your money here it will not work. I spent €4 to get a token from the token machine and it did not work for the washer so I spent another €4 and got a new token which also didn’t work. Tried numerous times to call the number and after 10 tries they picked up and I said the coins did not work and the guy hung up on me. A local in there said the coins I had were different than his, his worked. Waste of money, time, and detergent probably trying to scam tourists.

Very easy and efficient but expensive - put in either €10 or €5 note to get change, €1 for soap, €4 for a wash and another €4 to dry. Expensive yes but if needs must it gets the job done.

Make sure to select the wash before you put the token in the machine. Program 2 seems to be the equivalent of a 30°C cotton wash.

Do Not Come Here!! Tourists stay away. It's 4€ for a wash and 4€ for a dry. I spent 4€ for a token to wash my clothes, put in the token and nothing happened. So I went back to the token machine to get another one, put it 4 more € and then the token machine wouldn't spit out a token. Ended up leaving without being able to wash any clothes at the cost of 8€. The owner is supposed to come in at the end of the day so I'll see if he'll give me my money back. I read some of the reviews and was hesitant but looks like people were not following the instructions

After reading the reviews, I was determined to follow correct procedure and not make a mistake like others in losing their euro. However, our experience is proof that following procedure will not necessarily render the desired result - we followed the exact same process for two machines (by inserting a token in each) and only one worked. I called the number listed on the notice board and the owner could not understand me as he did not speak much English, and said he could only be there 7am the next day.

We were about to forfeit the 4 euro spent on that machine until a few minutes later the vendor in the shop next door (a kind woman) came to check on us and troubleshoot with us. Turns out the owner called her to check on us and she confirmed we did nothing wrong and consulted with the owner in Italian on the phone. She then gave us 4 euro for another token which we used on a different machine and it worked. What could’ve been a very bad experience turned out great and we washed and dried as planned (albeit a little delayed), thanks to the lovely woman next door! Grazie.
