Great laundry service for a great price if you are travelling through Rome. We did a small load of white laundry (€10) and a larger load of mixed colors (€15) without any issues.

My advice is to go early and divide your clothes beforehand if you want whites and colors washed separately. We weren't in a hurry and picked up our clothes later that evening. Everything was washed, dried, and folded neatly. I recommend this business and would use their services again.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. We arrived at the laundry point and they only had coin machines (fair enough). I asked the man working there if they had change for a 10€ note. I just needed some coins. He greeted me by saying “what” in an aggressive tone. As I asked him if he had change and tried to explain that we wanted to use the self service machines, he told me that he didn’t have change and I had to go find some. I did this and then came back and he started yelling at me to use the larger machine for €8 rather than the smaller one for €5. The smaller one is all we needed. We used the €8 one and did not argue it. As we had put our clothes in he told us “you need to wait outside. This is my place” in an aggressive tone. So we did that. There were another couple inside at the time. He told the lady she needed to get off the seat because someone needed to sit. This was his friend that he started talking to, no one using his services. Other young English speaking people came up to him later and said they needed to get change. He let them inside and swapped their notes for coins. The worker is an absolute liar and the most aggressive person I have met on my travels through Italy. He then continued to whistle at us when our clothes were done while we were outside, instead of using his words (he spoke very clear English). We dried our clothes for 40 minutes in their large dryer and they were still soaking wet! 20 minutes in the drier should have dried them. Please do not go here, our clothes were steaming but wet in the dryer. Horrible service. Horrible experience.

Used this place twice during our 10 day stay in Monti. The guy was brilliant. You drop your washing off, he takes your details, you pick them up the next day (or sooner) and pay around 10-15€ per bag. Your clothes are returned washed and neatly folded. Bargain.

주인이 바뀐게 확실합니다. 별 1개도 아깝습니다. 앉을 공간도 충분하지 않고, 갑질 합니다. 카드 못쓰고 동전 교환기도 없어요. 기계도 낡았고, 건조도 제대로 안됩니다. 기계 돌리고 나갔다 오려니까 못 나가게 막아요. 특히 여성분들 주의하세요.

£12 for full laundry service (wash, dry, fold). We dropped off a bag of clothes and were promised completion in 2-3 hours but we picked up next day and were happy with the service. Thank you!
