This would be top 5 in worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I was looking at a pair of heels and the sales rep was telling me about them, and then he said that the store in Capri was the only one that still had that color and that they were pulled from their website. After I left the store I looked on the miu miu site online and they 100% had the shoes! Also saw the same shoes in rome. I also asked if he could hold them for 1 hour while I went to grab my wallet and he said they don’t do holds. Very inauthentic way of selling and not the right feel of experience for a luxury brand.
