Ho conosciuto il Pezzo Mancante su internet e dalla prima immagine ho capito che i loro pezzi erano unici e curati nel minimo dettaglio. Nel momento in cui mi sono messa in contatto con loro, tutto lo staff è stato di una professionalità e gentilezza unica. Hanno soddisfatto ogni mia richiesta e ogni pezzo acquistato era perfetto e curatissimo. Ho comprato luci e mobili e ognuno di essi è unico e molto raffinato. Ogni mobile è numerato e personalizzabile in dimensione e colore. Ho arredato la sala da pranzo e la camera da letto e ricevo sempre moltissimi complimenti.

I have discovered Il Pezzo Mancante a couple of years ago in a design magazine when they were just starting out. I instantly fell in love with their table. I got in touch with them and finally bought a rather big version of their table. I must be a really early customer of theirs, since all pieces come with a serial number and my table is no. 026 and the bench is no. 001! Each piece is unique and personalized. And so is their service. They are true artisans and they care about each piece of furniture they manufacture. I can only reccommend Il Pezzo Mancante. It is one of these rare occasions where a buying experience is positive all the way through. When I had an issue with my table 5 years after the purchase, because my floor heating created a too dry atmosphere for the wood and there was a crack at one spot, they immediately came and fixed it (in Germany!!!) free of charge and even gave the table a new polish to make it shine again like on the first day! All they way through a positive experience and one of my most cherrished posessions. You are buying something that is destined to stay in your family for generations! You will not find anything like it elsewhere.

During the process of building our new custom home in Henderson, Nevada we began searching for the perfect dining room chandelier. Wanting something special we did an exhaustive search before finding the "one"!
My husband and I had a meeting in Bologna, Italy and afterwards took the train to Florence with the intention of visiting Il Pezzo Mancante so we could see the chandelier in person!!
Well this visit proved to be an AMAZING experience , we loved the 3 Light long chandelier in person even more than anticipated.
Il Pezo Mancante designs not only fantastic and unique light fixtures but fabulous and gorgeous dining tables hand made out of custom woods, and other items as well.
We were not only most impressed with the quality and attention to the detail of the products the Il Pezzo Mancante Team produces, but the team itself is equally amazing!
From Gerardo, to Barbara and Cosimo, the designers and owners, to the production team they are top of the line!
Gerardo handled all aspects of the order placement, shipping and delivery of the items to our front door seamlessly and exactly in our time frame.
End result is we are now in receipt of our chandelier, sconces and table.
