Esperienza sublime in questa esclusiva Boutique dove tutto cio che vedi che tocchi che senti e meraviglioso e ringrazio la sign.Sofia che mi ha guidato con grande professionalita in questo magico mondo firmato Louis Vuitton e mi ha saputo consigliare e ho comprato l esclusiva borsa dei miei sogni grazie ai suoi preziosi consigli brava complimenti a lei e a tutto lo staff di Louis Vuitton consiglio vivamente sara un esperienza indimenticabile e la piu bella Boutique di Cortina secondo me il lusso puro e assoluto.

I visited this shop yesterday (27/12-22) with my boyfriend and his brother.
I’ve been on the hunt for a Louis Vuitton Pochette Accesoires for a while however, the bag is always sold out in the store in Copenhagen where I live.
So I tried my luck in the Cortina store while I was there anyway, to see if I maybe would get lucky.
I get in and I get assigned to a sales assistant there. I ask him if English is okay, and he says yes of course. If he wouldn’t have been comfortable with English, then my boyfriend and his brother could translate as they are both Italian, so he could’ve easily told me if that perhaps was the reason for the poor service. I then continue to ask him if they have the Pochette Accesoires in the shop there. The bag is around €1000 so I don’t know if that’s the reason he didn’t feel so interested to help me, as it isn’t the most expensive thing there. He then hands me over his work phone and wants me to write the name of the bag, which I feel he should’ve done, but fair enough. I write Pochette and a bunch of bags/wallets show up as there are many with Pochette in the name at Louis Vuitton. I find one that is similar and try to explain to him that I want the original one without a chain, but with a leather strap. And in the middle of my sentence he leaves to go find it I presume. I then wait for him while looking around a bit, but then he comes back and tells me to come. He then opens a drawer and asks me “Is it here?”. Again, should be your job to figure it out, no?
He continues to open different drawers and wants me to point it out.
Then I google the bag on my own phone, shows it to him and then he finally looks up the right bag in the system and says “no we don’t have it, I think we sold the last one yesterday maybe”. Okay??? Thank you I guess. Then we left and I was so astounded by the non existent service that was given to me in a high end store like Louis Vuitton. I already bought one bag in the Copenhagen store and I was given amazing service, help and guidance there. I truly felt like I was shopping at a high end store. The sales assistant there looked up everything for me, fixed everything for me. But in this case in the Cortina store there was no service what so ever. Hopefully they will soon get it in the Copenhagen store so I can perhaps get some good service.

Ich wurde falsch beraten was die Rückerstattung der IVA betrifft… und niemand will verantwortlich sein… nun kriege ich die 500 Euro ( die Tasche hat 2800 gekostet) nicht zurück… das ist sehr unprofessionell und sehr enttäuschend..

Nice store with some special pieces. Open December-March.
