Dopo aver speso EURO 6.300 per una settimana mi aspettavo di trovare alti standard di attenzione al dettaglio e cura all’accoglienza a cui sono abituato quando si tratta di tali cifre (ripeto..EURO 1000 al giorno).
La casetta (villa lo scoglio) e’ composta da un soggiorno, cucinotto, una camera da letto con bagno, due camerine con letti a castello ed un bagno di servizio senza lavello.
Quando sono arrivato I letti non erano stati fatti bensi li abbiamo dovuti fare noi (la scusante e’ stata COVID…) all’interno dei bagni non c’era niente: Nessun sapone per le mani, Nessun asciugamano, nessun kit per l’igiene, nessun kit per la doccia. Nessun detergente per la lavatrice pertanto aspettatevi di dover comprare tutto!
Una sera volevavo cucinare per sfruttare la bella terrazza sul mare ed abbiamo comprato tanto bel pesce dal pescatore locale ma anche qui la casa ci ha rovinato la serata: la cucina era fornita solo di 4 bicchieri per l’acqua, ZERO bicchieri per il vino (abbiamo dovuto servire un importante vino negli tazze del caffe!), nessun scottex, Nessun spray per pulire la cucina, utensili per la cucina limitati a 3 forchette, 4 coltelli, 3 cucchiai e nessun tovagliolo..alla fine abbiamo buttato tutto e siamo dovuti andare al ristorante. Dopo aver esternato la mia frustrazione e delusione con la casa Il giorno successivo l’agenzia e’ venuta a controllare ed ha comprato qualche bicchiere e posate…grazie ma doveva esser fatto prima del mio arrivo!
Dopo tale esperienza, mi aspettavo un rimborso per il disagio e tutto quello che ho dovuto comprare invece l’agenzia mi ha risposto: “sono spiacente ma non ci sono le basi per poterlo inoltrare alla proprieta”.
Nonostante le tempestive risposte da parte dell’agenzia lascio una stella e sconsiglio vivamente di soggiornare presso la “villa lo scoglio”.

After spending EUR 6,300 for a week, I expected to find the high standards of attention to detail and hospitality that I am used to when it comes to these figures (I repeat ... EUR 1000 per day).
The cottage (villa lo scoglio) consists of a living room, kitchenette, a bedroom with bathroom, two bedrooms with bunk beds and a bathroom without sink.
When I arrived The beds had not been made but we had to make them ourselves (the excuse was COVID ...) there was nothing inside the bathrooms: No hand soap, No towels, no hygiene kit , no shower kit. No washing machine detergent so expect to have to buy everything!
One evening I wanted to cook to take advantage of the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and we bought a lot of beautiful fish from the local fisherman but even here the house spoiled the evening: the kitchen was only equipped with 4 glasses for water, ZERO glasses for wine ( we had to serve important wine in the coffee cups!), no paper towels, no spray to clean the kitchen, kitchen utensils limited to 3 forks, 4 knives, 3 spoons and no napkins ... in the end we threw everything away and we had to go to the restaurant. After expressing my frustration and disappointment with the house The next day the agency came to check and bought some glasses and cutlery ... thank you but it had to be done before my arrival!
After this experience, I was expecting a refund for the inconvenience and everything I had to buy instead the agency replied: "I'm sorry but there are no grounds to be able to forward it to the property".
Despite the timely responses from the agency, I leave a star and I strongly advise against staying at the "villa lo scoglio".
