Il Timo Bistrot

Cenato per due sere in questo ristorante.
Carta con alcune specialità siciliane e alcuni piatti del giorno.
Devo dire che per prezzo ed ubicazione all'interno di un hotel quattro stelle pensavo si mangiasse meglio.
Ho trovato abbastanza buoni i primi piatti tipici siciliani, come pasta alla Norma e Fusilli di Gragnano al pesce spada. Il piatto di calamari alla griglia erano tre ingredienti messi assieme senza alcuna logica. Spinaci bolliti alla base con appoggiati sopra i calamari e pomodorino messi attorno.
L'ambientazione è comunque bella e il personale molto cordiale.

Senza ombra di dubbio il migliore ristorante della zona.
Abbiamo cenato per 5 volte in 10 giorni anche se alloggiavamo in un hotel poco distante.
Personale molto professionale, gradevole e rispettoso nei confronti del cliente. Una particolare nota di merito al Sig. Mario che ci ha seguiti e consigliati sempre con molta disponibilità.
Cibo sempre fresco (pesce e carne), ricette gustose ed impiattate alla perfezione. Ottima anche la selezione di vini locali.
Ambiente molto rilassante, tranquillo, con luci soffuse e musica molto gradevole di sottofondo.
Posto consigliatissimo.

Cena priva di sapore ed assoluta mancanza di qualità e professionalità culinaria x un ristorante di un hotel prestigio....con tanto di menù al tavolo ....ad un costo abbastanza sostenuto....come chef di un ristorante a 4 stelle una delusione...

Ottima qualità delle materie prime sapientemente cucinate. Consigliato.

We stayed at the hotel, and there were not too much options around, so we ate here for many times, lunch, dinner and snack time. The food are really mediocre, I was almost desperate every time we went there, but because we were too lazy to walk 20 mins to another area with a lot of options. There was one time we ordered a pasta too salty, and we want to change, the server changed for us, but insisted the food was good, just because we don’t like it. Repeated 3 times. Funny service. Fine dining service wouldn’t like this.

This is my personal experience of il Timo Bistrot , i found the food to be excellent and the service was very good . The staff are friendly and the quality of the ingredients are also excellent . The Bistrot setting which over looks the sea and the swimming pool is lovely.

Terrible dining experience. The food was poor in both quality and quantity considering the price they were charging. First we were brought the prawn starter which I must admit was quite nice. The grilled pork I had ordered for mains was beyond poor. Despite waiting close to 45 minutes I was given possibly the worse meal I have had in the 4 weeks of being in Italy. There were a measly 4 slices of extremely thinly sliced grilled pork pieces costing €18. I honestly believe there was more pork in the form of bacon in the club sandwhich then there was in the pork main course. Overall for the price we were charged I am beyond disappointed.
I will say however that the staff were lovely and as current residents of the hotel we absolutely love it here. If you find yourself in the area and are looking for a meal I would recommend visting MamaSea just a minute walk away.
