That's the name of the Sheraton Four point restaurant name. A restaurant whose management is independent from the hotel, and - despite the name that suggests something splendid and luxurious - this is an Achilles's heal (or hell if you prefer).

I ended up having two meals here as part of a conference I recently attended. The cost was on participants, hence no blame on any particular deal from people who managed the conference itself.

At lunch time the suggested window to eat was from 1 to 2:30. At 13:45 when I arrived, the buffet was almost empty, with waiters wandering around to remove dishes but not caring about the buffet.
The menu included a dish of agnostic red tomato sauce from a can dressed up in dry pasta, no lasagne, and some Italian salumi which resembled the ones you can get at Lidl. The dessert. No comment. I've never seen a tiramisu made with butter, and the mousse looked like grout! Cost 16 euros.

At that point I was almost sure I should have gone out for dinner, but I haven't. The worse mistake ever.
For 32 euros, I got uncooked rice with mushroom (no porcini) and pumpkin, a roasted pork filter in bread crust and a chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. Useless to say the dessert was the only decent thing I had. The wine? Ridiculous. They served an already uncorked bottle of something bottled by an unnamed winery and probably refilled with cheap wine.

Overall a disastrous experience, which is a shame because it's ruining the good service provided by the hotel.

Ah, just as a little suggestion, do avoid the Cafe Pedrocchi in town centre, yes the most famous one - as it is the managed by the same group.
