Esperienza super positiva. Dovevo ritirare 2 pacchi ma ero impossibilitato causa lavoro. Ci siamo sentiti per telefono mi ha proposto varie soluzioni ed alla fine ho deciso di mandare una mia collega con delega a ritirare i pacchi. Anche lei è rimasta colpita positivamente dicendomi che inizierà anche lei ad usare questo negozio per le sue spedizioni.

Very friendly and helpful staff, we brought in an armload of loose stuff to ship home and they did all the packing for us, including putting bubble wrap around some breakable items even though we didn't ask, and were very accommodating throughout. There was a bit of a language barrier, but the guy helping us did a great job working around it and not making us feel confused or out of place. A+!

Francesco waited on us, he is the owner. There was no language barrier for any American who wants to go there. He made our experience painless. I will certainly go back there the next time we are in Rome. Great job Francesco from the McCoys from Florida.

Not too many mail-related things in this country just work as you expect them to, but this place does. I came in with a loose collection of items I needed boxed and shipped back home, and they took care of it just fine. In and out in under 5 minutes.

Their English is completely functional, too.
