To be avoided. Last year I bought a pair of summer shoes and it was ok. A few days ago I bought sport shoes: they sold me a 41 pretending that it was 40. When I came back after realizing that even on the shoes' box it was written 41, instead of apologizing they insisted that they had just changed the box because it was broken. It emerged later that they only have leftovers in their shop. They claim that shoes factories are actually closed. I was obliged to take a 39 because they had nothing left with my number but they would not offer to reimburse me the price I paid. Basically they pushed a wrong shoes number on me, hoping that I would not realize and I would not came back. Their behavior is ruthless and quite offensive as they pretended. Also they pretend that people are wired but perhaps they should look at their own attitude instead. In fact, while I was there I witnessed another lady being treated with discourtesy. Their problem is that they sell full price the leftovers from previous years but they don't tell. They rather mix boxes and numbers. Then they will blame it on the customers. Also this shop is indicated as temporary closed on Google map. Then perhaps somebody else took over from the previous management and they became so spoiled.

The personnel (one lady) was very rude. When I took sandal to look at it, she came and took it from my hand and said 3 times if I could not read. That it was the last pair. She did not even ask me what size I was looking for. I told my family, "Let's go", she shooed us out of the store. Seems she does not like tourists.

Estive em maio deste ano, 2018, e comprei dois pares de calçados lindos e confortáveis. Recomendo a todos que estiverem pela redondeza de Via Cavour e do Termini.Esta loja nos fez lembrar, as antigas sapatarias das nossas cidades... Aprovado!
