Se hai la possibilità di stare da qualche altra parte, non pensare mai di stare al loro posto!

As an Erasmus student i stayed in a place provided by serinar, the rent price of the property was okay however there were big issues that they have to solve asap. And unfortunately they don't care about your comfort in the property. Firstly the lady in office called Allessandra is really rude most of time whilst Mr. Andrea is quite kind and gent. Alessandra has no idea with English every time she complains and blames us because we don't speak Italian(!).
The communal areas of the property are extremely dirty and messy and no one cares of it! think that you need to live there for at least 6 months or 1 year.
There are 2 cleaner come rarely and do nothing but only threw away your stuff from communal areas or even from your cupboard.

If you have chance to stay somewhere else never think about staying in their place!
