Cabraldi

L’inverno, ha il suo fascino nell’apparente morte, nei grigi spenti della natura. Una foto in bianco e nero, di tempi lenti e di riposo. Il riposo della mente, la quiete dell’anima, lo sguardo spazia, gli orizzonti aperti, e angoli di rifugio per l’occhio, stanco di troppe luci, di frenesia che ti travolge e ti distrugge, senza neanche accorgertene, se non quando, è troppo tardi per tornare indietro, far pulizia, del troppo e del superfluo.
L’angelica dolcezza di Carla, trasparente, nel suo bianco candore, il bianco del latte dell’Olanda.
Leggera, come una foglia nel vento di una primavera.
Andre, la lunghezza della sua statura, il suo sguardo, apparentemente assente, spirituale ed ascetico, ma vigile ed attento, a cogliere, i gesti delle parole, di chi e’ difronte, la dolce ironia, nel dar risposte.
Il silenzio, la quiete, la semplicità dei gesti e delle cose, non l’abbandono ne il lusso, la colazione, quasi già pranzo, vi riporta a lasciare il passato, il presente ora, il domani, chi sa.
Vivete questo posto, lasciatevi andare, e certamente tornare.

Winter has its charm in the apparent death, in the dull grays of nature. A black and white photo, of slow and rest times. The rest of the mind, the stillness of the soul, the gaze sweeps, open horizons, and corners of refuge for the eye, tired of too many lights, of frenzy that overwhelms and destroys you, without even realizing it, if not when, it is too late to go back, to clean up, of the too much and the superfluous.
Carla's angelic sweetness, transparent, in her whiteness, the white milk of Holland.
She is light, like a leaf in the wind of a spring.
Andre, the length of his stature, his gaze, apparently absent, spiritual and ascetic, but alert and attentive, to grasp the gestures of the words of whoever is in front of him, the sweet irony, in giving answers.
The silence, the stillness, the simplicity of gestures and things, not abandonment or luxury, breakfast, almost already lunch, brings you back to leave the past, the present now, tomorrow, who knows.
Experience this place, let yourself go, and certainly come back.

Simply sublime 😀. If you enjoy serenity, spectacular mountain views, spending quality time outdoors, listening to a wide variety of birdsong and even, on occasion, watching swifts dipping into the panoramic pool at high-speed, then Cabraldi is the place for you!
We return year after year, not only to enjoy the mountain walking, cycling and running and the company of our now good friends, Carla & André, but also to unwind and relax in one of our favourite places in the world.
On each visit we try out a different apartment. Each apartment is unique with its own charm; they are all immaculate, beautifully and stylishly designed, whilst being homely and comfortable. The kitchens are well equipped with everything you could need to cook appetising meals. If you choose to eat out, there is a good selection of excellent local restaurants - if you enjoy good food your hosts will happily direct you towards the very best.
We highly recommend a visit to Cabraldi. The fact that we keep returning says it all!

Een prachtige afgelegen plek om tot rust te komen. De appartementen zijn erg netjes en van alle luxe voorzien. Goede stoelen en een mooi terras bij elk appartement. En dan ook nog een heerlijk zwembad met spectaculair uitzicht... Perfecte vakantieplek!

Prachtige locatie. Fenomenaal uitzicht. Zeer (echt heel!) schone, nette en volledige accomodaties. Prima hosts. Voor tweede keer daar geweest.

Al enige jaren komen wij met regelmaat naar deze fantastische plek. Iedere keer overvalt je het prachtige uitzicht weer en iedere keer is er weer iets toegevoegd aan de toch al perfecte en met zorg onderhouden accommodatie. André en Carla zijn gastvrij en laten je genieten van hun zelf gebakken brood en limoncello. De rust die je hier vindt laat ons steeds weer terugkeren.

Op deze plek kun je ervaren dat echte stilte nog bestaat. Wat een unieke locatie: een prachtig uitzicht over de bergen, keurig compleet ingerichte appartementen met goede bedden. Er staan verse kruiden in de goed onderhouden tuin. Het zwembad is heerlijk. De eigenaren Andre en Carla zijn gastvrij en geven waar nodig goede adviezen. Op verzoek bakken zij brood voor je. We hebben meerdere mooie wandelingen kunnen maken met een goede routebeschrijving van Andre. Wij vonden het een hele fijne week en komen graag nog eens terug.

Cabraldi is schitterend gelegen, rondom uitzicht op de groene heuvels. Wij zaten in de smaakvol ingerichte bed&breakfast met fijne badkamer. De ruimte ademt kwaliteit en sfeer, we hebben prima geslapen. De andere appartementen op het terrein (zwembad!) zijn ook met veel zorg en oog voor detail verbouwd/aangelegd. Midden in de natuur hebben we genoten van een drankje op het terras, de vogelgeluiden en hondje Sarah. Lekker ontbeten met zelfgebakken brood van André en Carla. Wat een top-vakantieadres! Aanraders: dorpje Sant'Agata del Feltria en restaurant La Mentana. Veel liefs van Robert en Daphne!

Prachtige plek met adembenemend uitzicht, mooie verzorgde appartementen, smaakvol ingericht, sfeervol aangelegde tuin en gastvrije eigenaren.
