Romantica Villa affacciata sulla riva del lago , vista mozzafiato e giardino spazioso e ben curato. Proprietaria e custodi disponibili e accoglienti . A meno di 5 minuti dalla stazione quindi, sebbene il paese non disponga di un supermercato , è possibile raggiungere Bellano in pochi minuti di treno il quale passa frequentemente . Mobilio antico ma ben curato che rendono un soggiorno ancora più gradevole .

Francesca was the kindest person i met, the villa is beautiful. The views are out of a story book. We enjoyed are stay for 3 nights only feedback is to renovate the bathroom on the 3rd floor. Overall it was gorgeous property with a lot of character

The house was pretty nice, but we had a number of problems. The first thing we noticed was that -- on check in -- the heat was not working in several rooms in the house. When we were checked in, we were told that this would start working shortly. It never did.
Then, the first day, when my mother tried to take a shower and it flooded the bathroom because the drain was clogged. I eventually found some "drano" which I used to partially clear the drain.
On that same night, the bathtub on the third floor also flooded when my sister-in-law tried to take a bath. This caused an electrical outage.
The manager send someone the next day and he provided some towels, and told us not to use the Jacuzzi jets in the bath.
That night (the second night) the house flooded again when we tried to use the bath on the third floor again -- without jets this time. The water was dripping down through the ceiling.
After this third flooding, we tried to contact the manager again asking for a partial refund and that request has -- so far -- been ignored.
I booked it through VRBO, but they erased my review of the property.
