Salumi buonissimi e macelleria molto fornita. Panini imbottiti a 2,50€ l'uno!

Non posso di certo parlarne bene, ho chiesto lo speck a fette per Fare un pensiero, mi hanno offerto quello già affettato, io ho detto che lo volevo affettato al momento ma la signora ha molto insistito, mi hanno venduto dello speck scadente al prezzo di € 30,00/hg. Fette piccole e secche.

Posso dare il mio apprezzamento purtroppo solo per i canederli (lo speck, haime l'avevo già acquistato altrove), ma veramente molto, molto buoni. Sia quelli con lo speck che con il formaggio che con le spinaci. Veramente ottimi.

Despite the language barrier, the staff at this butcher was so friendly and willing to help. I ordered a sandwich to go for the trip to the Dolomites. It was a “meat loaf” in a rosetta bun. Definitely worth the stuff if just to visit a local store that few tourists seem to pass through.

Würde eigentlich ca.4,7 Sterne geben. Sehr gute Auswahl, sehr gute Qualität, gute Lage und freundliches Personal. Das einzige ist manchmal eine nicht so schnelle Kundenbedienung, da nur ein Metzger vorhanden ist.
