Ho acquistato una settimana fa un numero civico per la mia abitazione e me lo sono fatto personalizzare, ho raccomandato che fosse resistente e diraturo alle intemperie in quanto va all'esterno...appena arrivato a casa ho aperto il pacchetto e già era scrostato..la vernice viene via con un dito...figuriamoci alle intemperie...ho provato a contattare la titolare per capire come fare con due numeri di telefono e ho scoperto poi che ci ha
bloccato...diffidate, ci sono molti altri venditori onesti alle vicinanze

Do not not shop here!
We bought two teste Di Moro Heads last summer and they were to be shipped to the UK after they were to be made.
We paid in advance.
It took a very long time for them to arrive- at least three months after date given.
Very poor communication during this time and I had to chase up to find out where they were.
When they finally arrived they were broken.
Despite repeatedly asking for replacements they were never sent.
They were promised by owner Paola but they never arrived.
I rang and emailed many many times but to no avail.
These heads cost well over £100 and I do feel aggrieved they were not replaced given they were packaged poorly by the seller.
The owner simply lied and pretended she would replace them but clearly had no intention to do so.
Very disappointed and annoyed.
Lots of other lovely ceramic shops in Erice.
I’d go there instead.
This seller is not honest and trustworthy.
