The city of Napoli is filthy, crowded and there is almost no tourist shopping except for street vendors. The galleria and Toledo street is for the locals. Lastly, you can get run over very easily in Napoli as everyone if otes the pedestrian only signs. I never felt safe.

The worst cruise terminal in Europe and a giant scam. The force you to walk upstairs, all the way through the building past all of the overpriced tourist trap stores, back down stairs, and outside again. All just to board our ship, and all without any signs or directions (we ended up getting yelled at by port security because we went the wrong way).

It's despicable that the cruise lines allow them to do that also.

Place is lovely, but if you want a taxi you can only find the vultures that will only take you on tours for hundreds of euros.
