This was a fantastic experience! We made fresh pasta, pesto, stuffed anchovies which were so beautiful as well as tasty and a sweet focaccia which I can't wait to try and replicate back home. Francesca and her husband were gracious and interesting hosts. The opportunity to sit and talk while sharing some wine and home-made lemoncello was unique. The conversation was interesting and the food delicious. I recommend highly.

My husband and I had dinner at the home of Annalisa and Giuseppe and it was a delightful experience. Possibly the high point of our three weeks in Italy.

We wanted to book a cooking class ('Pizza & Tiramisu masterclass' on Sardinia), but before we could book we just needed to know a more specific location. Only then we could synchronise the course with our tight travelplan. Also we wanted to request a different starting time.
Unfortunately Cerarine customer support was not helpful in this request and not willing to supply any information about the host before we had booked and paid.
I think this is a little unfair to the people that are actually doing the work. This way they are being denied revenue because Cesarine seems to want to keep control and won't allow a chat function with the organiser.
Maybe organisasors can also make themselves visible online outside Cesarine.
