My family booked a trip with Tuscany Unplugged prior to the covid outbreak. We cancelled our trip in compliance with the cancellation policy. Although some of our deposit was returned, there is still an outstanding amount of $1,660 that has yet to be returned. We have been trying to contact Marzia but she refuses to respond to any of our emails or telephone calls. This is very shocking to us since we thought we were dealing with a reputable business.
